While The Boys Are Away..

The girls were gonna play as well.  After a late night in Cedar City Dave, Blake, Spencer, Dacoda, and Ryder all headed to Las Vegas Speedway for a fun filled day of drag racing.  It was the first tie for Spencer & Ryder to go and I'm not sure whether they were excited or nervous for what the dad's would have them do.  I also pretty sure they were all pretty nervous to take Ryder  with them.  He is so full of energy and questions they may never take him again.

After a morning full of chores it was time to play.  Rylee wasn't joining us but instead spending the day with friends on their Preference Date.

First up was treating ourselves to pedicures.

Dinner & a rainstorm

We watched Pitch Perfect 3, ate popcorn, and I even took a little nap.  The popcorn didn't last too long and we were starving.  After watching so many Appleby's commercials while getting our pedicures that was the natural choice for dinner.  No sooner had we sat down than the heaven's opened up and a wild wind storm blew in a whole lot of rain.  I was sure glad we were inside.  Texting Rylee to see where they were and if they were caught in the rain as well.  Sure enough they were wet but eating across the street at Buffalo Wild Wings.

Our fun day was drawing to an end.  The boys called and were on their way home as well.  It was a relaxing day but time to get back to my Saturday work.
