The Big Day - Part Five - The Party

The hard stuff is over and it's time to party. Everyone let out a big sigh and moved back to the barn for treats, toasts, and fun.

It was great day and hopefully perfect for the newlyweds.  Rylee's hard work really paid off.  I hope it lived up to her expectations.  I would definitely call her for my next party.  She could have a great business as a party planner.

The couple is off to start their married life.  Dave & I are the clean up crew.  Thankfully, we were able to recruit a few people to stay and lend a hand.  The delivery people were supposed to pick up the chairs and decorations at 9:00.  Once again they were running late and didn't arrive until 10:00.  

We are all exhausted and ready for bed.  Let's sleep in tomorrow!!!

The Big Day - Part Four - Ceremony

We found seats and waited anxiously for everything to start.  If you listen carefully you can hear and engine in the distance.  It's getting closer.  Wait is it a bird or a plane? Maybe a drone?

Nope it's Ruston

Last step in signing the 

marriage license.

Letting out a large sigh of relief that everything fell into place so beautifully.  It's now time for pictures and more importantly party time.  Loved Mikey and how he perfectly told their story.  He made the ceremony fun and a day to remember.

The Big Day - Part Three - Getting Ready

 I walked into a crazy house in full on wedding chaos.  The groom and groomsmen are all downstairs getting all dressed up.  The bride and bridesmaids have taken over my bathroom.  I was greeted with a shirt that needed to be ironed, a lost tie,  and the best a fully hemmed bridesmaid dress,  Grandma JeanAnn worked her magic.  She patiently worked away while I ran crazy all day.  It would never had been finished in time if it had been left up to me.

Thank goodness I was behind the camera.  I spared a few minutes to put myself together.  It's amazing to see everything fall into place.  Rylee's hard work over the past 10 months is really paying off.  She looks like a princess on her special day.
