Lunch Time....

Finally, it was time for lunch and they had walk in seating available.  Down the stairs we went and were greeted by Ariel.  Time for a quick picture and wait for our seat.

Ariel (the pretty one)
Snow White right at our table.
Followed by Cinderella

Next came Belle
I think Ryder was getting tired of all the princesses and pictures.
Tatiana rounds out the group.
There's Goofy and now we are talking.
Front and center for the water show.
Lunch with a lot of under water food (Velveeta Mac & Cheese) that Ryder refused to eat.
But dessert was wonderful with cupcakes, fruit, lava cakes, and cookies.
A kids dream.
One last water show before we hit the park again.
How much was this lunch going to cost us??? The menu gave no clues (no prices) it couldn't be as much as the Cars Land lunch last time.  A large platter of appetizers, entree, unlimited drinks, and a dessert tray.  The moment of truth came and the waitress brought the bill.  Any guesses????? $166 DOLLARS!!!!!

Wait a minute did they take our discount off????  The finally bill came to $145.  The kids had fun, we saw more princesses without having to wait in line, and two water shows.  This was a one time only meal.

Time to go have some fun and try to let this meal fade into a pleasant/painful memory.

WAIT!!!!

There's Donald Duck!!!!!  He is one of Ryder's favorite characters and a must stop.  Even though everyone was hungry and it wasn't even 12 o'clock.  Oops we didn't have anything for him to sign and everyone looked disappointed even Donald.

Time to scout for lunch or use our fast pass for the Radiator Springs ride.  That is a tough choice.....

And the ride won out due to there wasn't any seats available for Ariel's Grotto.  We had 45 minutes to wait.

Holy Cheese Burgers!!!!!

The day was turning out to be rather hot & steamy, Dave and Ryder were ready to cool off with a ride on the Grizzly River Run.  The girls & I decided to wait for them.  We waited, waited, and waited some more.  Still they were nowhere to be seen.  Then the water shut off and people started getting out of line telling everyone that the ride was broken.

15 minutes later they guys were still a no show.  We started to walk around to see if we could find them.  The ride was empty.  I had Dave's cell phone so it wouldn't get wet.  We were without communication and in a crowd that was only getting bigger.

Another 15 minutes they came walking by still hot and sweaty.  They were stuck on the ride when it broke down and had to get a lift to get them down.  Lucky them they were given a FastPass to any ride except Radiator Springs ride.  It was all Ryder could talk about getting stuck.  I think this was the highlight of the morning.

Time for lunch.....

Hurry, Hurry....

Bright and early we were headed back to the park.  Our first stop was going to be Cars Land either by Fastpass or waiting in line.

Stop!!!!
Mater a picture must have.
Waiting in line at the Oil Stop.

After only waiting 30 minutes we were ready to ride.
First Ride, Not too bad.
Second Ride, better than the first.
Look!!! No hands.
The morning is still young what is next???

Where Are We???

Are we crazy or what??? Maybe don't answer that.  We decided to take a quick trip to Disneyland for the weekend.  Leaving after school we were on the road.  After 4 potty stops, rush hour traffic, and an accident that backup traffic for miles, we arrived.  No time to eat let's hit the park.

Same hotel but this time a Parlor Suite.
More swans that you could count.
Ready to ride
Pirates of the Caribbean is the first one.
Night time show... Fantasmic
The fireworks were awesome.

Time to head back to the hotel.  Everyone was tired, hungry, and ready for bed.  This was not the order  we accomplished things.  What will tomorrow bring????

Another Parade.....

We were invited by Peach Days Parade to be part of their parade.  Lucky for me all we had to do was show up with the Hummer and walk or drive.  This should be easy except we had to leave by 7:15 am to get there in time and find our spot.  The kids weren't too happy to get up early and it wasn't a school day.

A different group for this one.
Who wants to hold the sign??
I was off sign duty and instead had driving duty.
Wait a minute this is way to small to be a Hummer.
Just as we were going to pull out of the driveway.  Dave ran out of the house yelling to STOP!!!!!
The back tire was flat.  Lucky for us we have a small fleet so we all piled into the van.
Not to bad for flexibility.
DANG!!! It really is official that I am a soccer mom.
Even the crowd was chanting my title.
This was one of the wider spots.  The crowds forced us down to one lane.  I was busy trying not to run over
the kids in front of me or the kids beside me.
Another view and a little smaller group.
This soccer mom was hot, tired, and hungry by the end of the parade route.  I wasn't the only one the kids were eager to be done.  Hopefully this will bring in a few more registrations to make our season a success.

It's Friday

And we all survived another crazy week full of schedules, homework, and one hyperactive little boy.  I am not sure were the shy quiet little boy went because in his place is this loud, very crazy boy.  The quiet one was left at school which how I want him to be.

What can we do to wear him out?

Rock Wall Climbing?
Nope, even after 1/2 hour of climbing he was still going strong.

Tormenting the sisters or  playing with their stuff.
He wants to be magic just like Rylee.

It's never a dull moment at our house.  If only I can more space to put his toys.
