2026 90-Day Health Challenge

The challenge is finally here. Weird how when one ends I am looking for ideas to get me through the next challenge.  Here we go!!!

New recipe
Protien balls that are challenge friendly
and taste great. Lilly's chocolate is going to be the
lifesaver to get us through.

They didn't last through the day.
Ryder discovered sugar free didn't alter the taste.
The sweetners we can use are Honey, Maple Syrup (Pure), Stevia, and
Monk Fruit.

Another win
Costa Vida Chicken Baja Bowl
No refined or added sugar.
Plenty of lettuce & pico to help me
reach the goal of 9 daily servings of fruits & vegetables.

Not challenge friendly!!
They were on sale for $1.49 a box.
They will help the family get through the challenge.

Mini Challenge
Before picture of fridge putting
healthy food front and present.

After!!
I am ready for the upcoming week.
Grab and go baggies.
Helping me at the 3:00 witching hour each afternoon.

Doubled recipe
These lasted an additional day.
I need to either make a bigger batch or use
a smaller scoop.

Protien  Ice cream
Shared recipe made with peaches.
My attempt was strawberries in my fridge.
Yummy!!
This will be another to add to the growing list.

I thought I found the answer for no soda.
Fruit water at Fizz.
Raspberries, Limes, and water
Ugh!! It also has Raspberry Syrup!
Reganne & Dave found this version at Ross.
Hidden third ingredient Surcalose.
They were both disappointed that I wouldn't try it.
I will have to try a homemade version when the challenge is over.

Zuppa's Strawberries
Sugar Day or Worry Free Day that we get once a week.
Time to enjoy chocolate, soda, and not reading the labels.

Even better in 1st Place
for the day!!
It's going to take hard work and dedication to win this one.

The first 30 days are hard trying to adjust everyday life to reach each goal. I am hoping that I am prepared.
