Spooky Town Fair

How is it possible that it is Halloween again.  I swore last year that we would go to this event, but the kids talked me into it.

Ryder followed Jack around wanting his picture taken.  This was a quick photo.
We thought he was a city employee.  Not he was part of a family group.
Good costume.
Pirate's cove
Dig for pirates booty
Coins, jewels, and sandy treats if only you dig fast enough.
Cannon shoot...Where are all the kids??
Face painting and the Findley Hamster.

What was supposed to be a quick visit turned into a couple of hours.  The kids loved it and wanted to add it back onto the list for next year.  They were really bummed when we still had to do a little cleaning at home.

Soccer Saturday x2

Lucky for us this week warmed up enough to enjoy the game.  The kids were ready to play.  The whistle blew and they were off.
A few adults were watching the game and became concerned about #2 on the red team.  She was much too small to play in this division.  I have watched her play over the past 3 years and quickly stepped in to confirm she was the right age.  They looked at me strangely when I told them size doesn't necessarily match the age.  I could see the confusion on their faces.  I wanted to slap them upside the head, but I refrained.
Where do we go?

Wow look at him?  Maybe we can try this as well.

They played there hearts out and I believe the score was tied, but you would need to ask the kids.  They keep better track.  We were on a dead run for Ryder's game.

Fall Break....The Big Day

Abby's blessing was the icing on the cake for our visit.  She looks like an angel and was so good.  The fun part was watching their primary program and hearing the same songs.  Ryder was really confused that they knew the same songs as he did.  All that was left was one more photo session and we would be off.

These two were dressed like twins.
It was quite by accident.
Family picture
However, Quincy didn't want any part of it.  He wanted to play.
Waters + Biggs Families
Makes a crazy bunch.
Notice the ties.
They all picked matching ties for Easter.
Don't they look sharp?
We are Family!!!!
It was a wonderful 3 days full of fun times and memory making with family.  Our trip home was a little crazy with a minor run in with the gate agent.  I scared her and she refused to help me, but jumped at Dave.  Luckily we got on the flight and made it hope with plenty time to relax before Monday.

Fall Break....Museum of Flight

Another day of sight seeing and what better place than a museum on a foggy cold day.  We were off to the Museum of Flight.

Oops we are missing Grandpa & Grandma for our group picture.
 Is it morning or afternoon?
Dave's dream....
The answer is no we can't take it home.
Trying out the cockpit
Who is better at video games??
Uncle Bryan wins the prize for shooting and landing the planes in the flight simulator (free).
Vote Ryder for President!!!
On Air Force One
Sky Bridge
Finally the kids zone.  Hands on kid activities.
The kids were having a blast.  Oops should have done this first since they were closing in 15 minutes.
Time to head back where did the day go??  Looking outside it was a mystery of how long we had been inside.  Yet everyone was hungry and tired of walking we must have stayed all day.  It was also time to watch the BYU game, relax, and play with the baby.

Fall Break.....Northwest Trek Wildlife Park

The sun was shining it was a perfect day to spend outdoors and see the animals that live here.  We headed off to the Northwest Trek Wildlife Park.

Is there only one bear or 4?
One picture please to remember the day and were we went.
This is as close as I want to get to a skunk.  This one no longer could spray thank goodness.
Grandpa & Grandma trying to keep up with Quincy.
Blurry Bear
The meanest creature there....A badger.

Riding the train.
How close is too close to a moose?
Out of 5 pictures within inches this is the only one of his head that you can make out.  We had our window open and we could have touched him if we hadn't been a little scared.
The pumpkin patch
The fresh air sure makes you hungry it was time for lunch and feed our hungry bears. Then back to the house for a movie.  We had to make quick stop to the local Meyer for more warm clothes and a new suitcase.

Fall Break....Finally, Baby Abigail

Fall break weekend finally arrived and we were off to visit Uncle Bryan, Aunt Becca, Quincy, and finally meet Baby Abby.  The trip started with a drive to Las Vegas and with a few minor glitches we made to Seattle.  We had another few glitch mostly my navigation skills but we finally met up for lunch and start our fun weekend with family.  We were all excited to finally meet Baby Abby.

Rylee & Abby
Sharing is hard to do.
Abby, Reganne, and Rylee
Quincy's new toy.
Ryder brought his Leapster Explorer for Quincy to have since he now has an iTouch.
Electronics Rule!!!!
Uncle Dave still has the magic touch.
She loved sitting there rocking.
Everyone was pooped and ready for bed.  We found our way to the motel to rest up for a busy day.

6th Annual NICU Reunion

A mad dash was required from soccer to the NICU Reunion @ Staheli Farms.  The kids love going and playing on the farm.  The most amazing thing is watch the kids grow and enjoy their time there. This year was no different  there were families everywhere.  My biggest surprise is how many kids there were and how modern medicine and amazing people make this all possible.  The first event only had a handful of people attending.

Ride those ponies.
Train ride a must.
Rylee has confirmed that she is officially to big to ride.  That was her last one.
Only time will tell.

Petting the goats
2 hands required for the sheep.
Feeding the Llamas
These guys are new this year.
Pillow fight!!!
Roping the steers
How long will it take?
Cute faces in this crazy poster.
We forgot to tell Ryder which way was up.
Rope swing.
This was Reganne's favorite ride.  I was sure she would have blisters.
Time to go home.
The tractor must stay.
One for you Grandpa.
Please let me drive and I will shift.  Team work may make it possible.
\\It was a fun afternoon and everyone came home with smiles, sniffles, and runny noses.  Maybe housework will have to wait another week.  I am pooped.
