County Fair Parade

The girls worked so hard on their float for this parade.  They did a great job it was now time to have some fun.  It has been so hot the petal paper melted or shrunk which ever way you want to look at it.  They looked good in their dresses it was supposed to be red, white, and blue again.  However, there was a wardrobe malfunction so instead double blue and red.

It was a fun parade the cloud cover made for a cooler ride.  There was tons of candy being thrown and the kids around us weren't interested in picking it up.  I love my sugar and can't stand seeing it go to waste around me.  I started picking it up.  It definitely filled our candy dish at home.

The girls have one more day of working behind the scenes at the fairgrounds and for the ribbon cutting to open the fair to the public.  They are then free until Saturday.
