2022 SUSA Spooktacular Swim Meet

Practices have been gearing up for the next meet and for the start of high school swim.  Each practice has been geared towards perfecting each stroke. I am amazed at how they break each stroke down over and over again. They then put everything back together with obvious improvements.

Meet & show time..

Everything is slowly
coming to life on deck.

Check out those back muscles

Flip turns

Wow!! everyone did so well and not many DQ's this time around.  It looked like everyone was having a good time. Even better was the cheering and screaming for each other. They are starting to build up their stamina for the next 4 months of the high school season.

Someone wasn't pay attention when scheduling what his events were to be.  Back to back events is a cruel trick to play on anyone.  Ryder rose to the challenge of events 29 & 30 cut time on both. Able to walk out of the rec center on his own power.  The someone apologized and was extremely impressed at his performance.

Now he is starving and geting very hangry.
