Fall Break 2019

Time to relax and have a little fun for Fall Break this year.  We are headed to California and checking out Universal Studios.  We had a little snag the van's ac was supposed to be fixed before leaving.  We discovered that it worked on the passenger side but the heat was blowing on the drivers side.  So much for a relaxing drive we had the windows down to keep him cool.

We made it to Hollywood earlier than planned and with extra time to find a parking space close to the apartment we rented.  After a few trips around the block we finally found a garage about two blocks away.

The crazy afternoon with 3 different museums, BT21 shopping trip, and then quick dinner at McDonalds.  We then found the keys to the apartment and are ready to crash for the night.  Oops!! we discovered no towels, sheets, or even dishes for everyone.  Even the TV had issues.

It wasn't the totally relaxing first day.  Instead it was a crazy, busy, and learning new things day.  Time for bed.  Tomorrow will be a fun day to explore new places and new adventures.
