June 15, 2012 Talmage Devon Waters passed away from natural causes due to age. He was 80 years old. He was anxious to join his wife of many years NayDean Waters and after three years they are together again. We are sure they are enjoying a happy reunion. While searching for photos for the obituary and funeral program we found pictures that no one has seen for years.
