Rodeo Parade 2011

The weather is cooling off, but when you are outside in the sun it feels like 100 degrees with no breeze. This year they combined the children's parade with the General Parade. We waited for the fun.

When is it going to start?

Since when do horses were pants? This was Ryder's favorite part of the Rodeo. It was cool to see them again.

What parade would be complete if they didn't throw candy?

Next year we must remember to bring bags.

It was fun, minus the bees, grandma that stole our frisbee, and the heat.

Ryder had a bee fly in his ear, luckily he didn't get stung. After all the screaming and some ice from a bottle he was fine.

Rylee had a guy throw a frisbee her direction. At the last second it swirved to the side and a grandma picket it up and put it in her purse. The whole time watching Rylee to see if she would say anything. She didn't and I was proud of her for not making a fuss.
