Spring Season: First Soccer Game

After practicing for two weeks the girls were ready for the first game of the season. The weather reports were favorable to a great day outside. What a surprise to wake up to cold, cloudy weather. By 10:00 it was not only cold and cloudy, but the rain had started. By 10:30 it was a downpour. Coach Oscer called to cancel not wanting the girls to get hurt or sick. Plan B soon formed... BLM District was offering an Insect Class for all kids. We arrived early in time for hot dogs, chips, and water.

Rylee loved the program, Reganne loved it but grew bored, and Ryder was interested in the displays and running around.

It was a fun way to pass a couple of hours, but I am still not a fan of insects. Next month starts their Junior Ranger Program.
