New Year Round Up

Or rather End of Year in Review! Which ever one sounds better it's the same story. Christmas cards haven't happened for a couple of years and this one was no different. I definitely need to plan better or stop procrastinating as Dave claims I do too much of.

Rylee, Ruston, and Indy
The newlyweds hit their one year anniversary in November. Rylee is working at SkyWest in the Flight Ops Dept.  Ruston is the general manager at Grease Monkey that shares the Costco parking lot. Their year has been full of travel, new hobbies, and a busy 1 year old puppy Miss Indy. Their future looks bright and we look forward to watching them grow.

We love the matching pajamas
Rylee & Ruston's Christmas Present to everyone.

Dave has been really busy this past year working IHC managing over 300,000 square feet spread out over three different areas. The good news is that it continues to grow. He is the ward clerk with the duties, meetings, and craziness that it entails. He is also busy with many projects around the house, garage, and outside. He is one busy guy! After 3 nasty bouts of Thrush he was finally diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes.  He has been amazing to watch tackle this life changing disease. In the process he has lost 30 pounds

Reganne our latest high school graduate in May. She decided to take advantage of a gape year and work hard to earn money for school. Her goals are becoming a Vet. She would love to learn about floral arrangements. She also changed jobs to get more hours and more money. She is now working for IHC in the Food Services Department. She was lucky enough get the perfect shift 4:00 pm to 2:30 am. Yep that's right 4 10s. She is definitely nocturnal. We love watching her turn into an adult before our eyes.

Ryder is in 10th grade at Desert Hills High School. The school year started off a little rocky moving from the new CT High School back to DHHS. He quickly found his stride and hasn't slowed down yet. His days usually consist of swim, eat, school, eat, work, eat, swim, eat, and finally sleep. Then shower and repeat. All the while maintaining his 4.0 for the 3rd year in a row. He works at Grease Monkey for Ruston and helps out where ever and how ever he can. Watch out world!! No telling what is in store for this boy.

As you can tell my days are full of keeping up with everyone. In my spare time I completed my first with with Balance of Nature. I love all that I am learning each day. Thankfully, they are patient with me with my writing skills, but my organization skills help make up for it. I am back in Primary teaching the 8 and 9 year olds which consists of 6 kids. They are teaching me something new weekly. I also have an amazing partner who teaches me as well. My side job of housekeeper is lacking lately but with the new year and spring cleaning will get me back on track.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Watch for many more adventures this year.
