Big number 13!!!! This special day started cinnamon rolls for breakfast. I told her that I refused to let her turn into a teenager any sooner than was necessary. We had at least 3 more hours.

| Birthday Slumber Party!!! What way to start your teenage years than your first slumber party. They had a blast with a stop for pizza and Frapachino's from Starbucks (after mom checking out the ingredients) they were yummy. It was now time for facials, movies, and pizza. Sleep was optional. |

It was a great celebration and I finally allowed her to move forward and become the teenager she is. We love her so much and are proud of her and the choices she is making.
Now the trick will be for all of us to survive these crazy teenager years.
